Bursaries

Institute of Physics

The Institute of Physics provides financial support to research students and early career physicists to attend international conferences, major national meetings, and to visit international facilities. Bursaries are available to Members of the Institute and are worth up to £300.

The Institute runs three travel bursaries schemes:

• Research Student Conference Fund
• Early Career Researchers Fund
• CR Barber Trust

EMBO Travel Grants

The EMBO travel grant can be used to cover economy travel, accommodation, visa costs and/or registration fees.
