Fees

The registration fees are as follows (per person):

The registration fee is inclusive of the following:

• 4 night's accommodation at the Majestic Hotel (Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs) on a single or twin (shared) basis.
  • Double occupancy is available for accompanying guests (does not include attendance at the conference or lunch)
  • Additional nights are also available at a supplementary cost
• Dinner, bed and breakfast (which includes a conference BBQ and three course conference dinner with wine)
• Receptions and poster sessions

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the T&Cs before registering for the conference. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 17 August 2018. After that day, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
